Wacom „ID 056a:50b7“ Thinkpad X1 Yoga

Hatte ich in den beiden vorigen Notizen noch behauptet alles funktioniert Out of the Box ausser dem LTE-Modem und dem Fingerprint-Sensor, muss ich das korrigieren. Es fällt halt nur nicht auf, dass

nicht vollständig konfiguriert sind und ein paar Definitionen fehlen, das libwacom sie nicht kennt. Damit erkennen auch ein paar andere Programme es nicht. Unter /usr/share/libwacom fehlt eine Tablet-Datei

erstellt man so eine Tabletdatei, dann kennt auch libwacom-list-local-devices das Gerät.

Das alles fällt wahrscheinlich auch deswegen nicht auf, weil der Radierbutton und der Klickbutton auf dem Stylus irgendwie ein Designfehler sind. Beim X201-Tablet war der Radierbutton einfach wie bei einem Bleistift mit Radiergummi. Den Button beim Yoga-Stylus, der ist mir gar nicht aufgefallen und irgendwie trifft man den gar nicht und muss ihn suchen. Wer das Ding designt hat gehört erschlagen, da verkrampft die Hand bei der Benutzung.
